By ordering in our online store, you are accepting our rules and policies. Read them below:
- When ordering in our online store, please provide us with a valid delivery address and e-mail for further contact. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions regarding your order and payment, as also shown in the page after you complete your order.
- We accept worldwide orders as long as one of the methods of payment listed is available in your country and you provide us a valid address. All orders are shipped from Portugal by regular mail. Orders outside European Community countries are subject to local custom rates and additional costs. Please check them at your post office.
- We accept payments made by Transfer (MB, Internet Banking, IBAN, Bank Transfer or Money Transfer Services) and Paypal.
- The prices listed in our online store include all taxes. The total amount of the order will be defined once you have choose the delivery and payment options. All our products listed in our online store are currently in stock. Nevertheless, please check your e-mail inbox for further instructions on completing your order.
- We keep a certain level of information about our customers which will be used for processing and shipping purposes only. The information you provide when placing an order will not be sold, lent or otherwise disseminated beyond our online store, and we make every effort to secure any data we hold.
Delivery and payment:
Payments can be made by transfer or by paypal. We suggest MB or Homebanking transfer for Portuguese customers, IBAN transfer for European customers and Paypal for the remain customers. The postages costs are free for Portugal, 4,00€ for Europe and 6,00€ for the rest of the world.
